This website enables you to book water activities, land tours, and transportation. Each online booking is subject to the conditions outlined below:
A 20% deposit is required for all online bookings.
Unpaid balance will be collected on the day of departure and before the tour begins.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required prior to the confirmed tour time. For cancellations within 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
Cancellations outside of 24 hours - deposits are fully refundable and changeable subject to availability.
All children under two years old will be required to sit on a parent’s lap if the vessel is full.
Departure times may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded. We also reserve the right to substitute vessels. All passengers must sign a liability waiver before any boat activities.
